It never ceases to amaze us how many leaders and their teams tell us that time spent together away from day-to-day activities, just taking time to reconnect and relate to each other on a different level, is time well spent.
Our workshop sessions conducted both in person and online remotely, bring teams together to discuss leadership topics that can unlock potential.
We offer a variety of workshops where we can tailor time, content and topics to meet your specific needs. From 1-hour online leadership conversations introducing a variety of topics run on a regular basis to workshops that run for a period of ½ days and 1- and 2-day workshops with more depth and extended activities.
We present very practical ideas that can be actioned immediately on return to the workplace. We pride ourselves on using real case studies that resonate with technical people as they are all based on our experiences of working with individuals transitioning to leadership and leader roles in technical environments.
Teams participating in the workshops receive a copy of our book and a wealth of suggestions to help them navigate the ups and downs, the highs and challenges of leading teams.
